Non-Refundable Items

  • Premium job postings that have already been live for more than 15 days.
  • Subscription plans that have been used beyond the 15-day period.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your bank card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@cambodia.org.
