Job Description
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints
• Receive payment and issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers
• Control the inventory and sell uniforms, books and other materials to customers
• Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total fee payment and sales
• Compute and record totals of transactions
• Follow up and remind the students’ parents of the payment due
• Record and report the daily revenue, petty cash, account payable, and other expenses
• Make requests for materials and send them to the proper departments to be filled
• Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer
• Report new enrolment every transaction occurred
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting, Finance or related fields
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
• Able to write, read and speak English; Chinese is a plus
• Work independence and self-management
• Excellent teamwork and team building skills
• Strong desire to learn and commit to his/her further development
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
