Job Description
. Perform work as outlined in the repair order with efficiency and accuracy
. Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle systems including electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and other parts in a timely manner
. Communicate with Field Engineer Manager and EV Engineer closely to ensure high quality of the service for customers
. Road test vehicle when required
. Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
. Ensure that required documentation is completed and accurate
. Reports vehicle defects and malfunctions to Field Engineer Manager
. Maintain up to date knowledge about electric vehicle
. Ensure that workspace is clean and equipment and tools are kept in good condition and stored appropriately.
Job Requirements
. Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the products
. Understanding the product’s specification, capabilities, and features and providing the potential customer with detailed information
. Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features
. Demonstrates vehicles by explaining warranties and after sales services
. Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts
. Ensure that required documentation and data entry are completed and accurate
. Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays
. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
