– Plan and organize marketing efforts to help grow our business and brand.
Supervise the marketing team’s collaboration with project owners to create marketing and sales messages.
– Recognize growing markets and market changes to stay on top of the competition.
Manage projects and oversee the implementation of everyday tasks, such as organizing and assessing marketing campaigns.
– Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, and feedback.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are meeting their individual and team goals.
– Identify and negotiate with vendors for marketing services and materials.
Communicate project objectives, deadlines, and expectations to the marketing team.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
– Check performance of team during activation
– Work with agency to plan Route plan, prepare team for activations.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
– At least 4-5 years of proven experience in a marketing field.
– Strong understanding of business and industry
– Outstanding people management, communication, training, computer, and technical skills
– Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
– Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to find innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
– Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
