KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Sinh Hak Hout Team Member always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team members. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
Scanning & Key Account Development:
• Scanning the project in the own districts to find new projects and develop more key accounts
• Handover project to Sr. project sales consultant who responsible business developer in case has business developer project in hand
Researching:
• Research and find more new business development projects both location and International in Cambodia
Leadership:
• Conduct morning briefing with team
• Assign tasks, guide, Training, coaching, lead, Monitor performance and support subordinates
• Communicate & promote safe teamwork at all times so as to achieve all targets
• Prepare and monitor daily and weekly sales activities plan for subordinates
• Check and control project pipeline report in order to follow up the project more effectively and efficiency
Site Visit/Meeting:
• Conduct site visit to identify relevant influencer & key decision makers
• Conduct site visit to collect competitor information
• Conduct site visit regularly to check progress of site, build relationship and strengthen communication
• Observe, identify and analyse project competitors
• Collecting all market information and suggestion to improve sales
• Understand customer need and scarification with provide excellence service
Follow Up:
• Follow up with customers via Call & Chat to customers on quotation/proposal/samples that are already submitted
• Follow up with customers via Call & Chat to check in with them if there has been a long period of no communication
• Provide and share Promotion to customers
• Follow up with customers to close sales
Sample/Proposal/Quotation:
• Prepare quotation/proposal/sample for customers
System/Reports/Policy:
• Collect and prepare weekly and monthly sales activities, follow up report, progress, achieved and project fail report to Project Sales Manager
• Prepare daily and weekly activities plan
• Fill in the customer & pipeline information into system when necessary
• Ensure sale policy and sale process are comply with company’s policy
• Work with Sales Administrator to check stock, process Sales Order, delivery
• Complete credit proposal form with relevant documents and recommendations to ensure that debts are monitors and collected following credit terms
• Communicate & promote safe teamwork at all times so as to achieve all targets
• Work with supervisor to ensure understanding the same direction
• Other tasks as requested by Project Sales Manager and General Director
Key Attributes:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
o Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
o Communication skills in speaking/Writing English.
o Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft office word, Power point, Excel)
o Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
o Strong skill in organization
o Be able to work under pressure.
o 3+ years of sales experience in construction industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials
